Senior Business Leader with over 20 years of experience in top management roles across leading companies such as Sisal, Lottomatica, and Costa Crociere, with frequent interactions with Investment Funds.

He has held key positions including Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Vice President of Global Sales and CEO of business divisions.
Gianfranco has a proven track record of exceeding business targets in terms of revenue, profits, and growth in highly competitive market environments.

He is highly skilled in digital transformation and brings deep expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, with a particular focus on shifts in consumer behavior (omnichannel, personalization, automation) driven by new technologies.

Known for his strong business acumen, problem-solving approach, and results-driven mindset, Gianfranco is committed to fostering inclusivity and team development.

He holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s in Digital Marketing and Communication.

Specializes in International commercial law, corporate and commercial law, trade finance and M&A. She gained an important work experience within a top tier Italian law firm based in Bologna, where she has gained a significant experience in assisting Italian and international companies in Italy and in the Middle-East.

Manuela has graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Milan in 2011, spending a semester abroad at the Abat Oliba CEU University in Barcelona (Spain) during a study exchange program.

She has also obtained a Master Degree in Islamic law from Altalex in 2015 and a Master Degree in Islamic Banking and Finance from ICC in 2019.

Manuela is a member of the Milan Bar Association.

She speaks Italian, English, Arabic, French and Spanish.

Eric Tazzieri is a Chartered Accountant who gained significant experience in the management of SPVs in Luxembourg.

Eric Tazzieri is a Chartered Accountant who gained significant experience in the management of SPVs in Luxembourg. He has over 20 years of experience in fiduciary firms with a specific focus on corporate services, tax compliance and accounting.

Currently, he holds several directorship positions in international companies located in Luxembourg and abroad.

His duties also include providing advisory for tax and financial planning, corporate and commercial law.

Eric has extensive expertise in corporate governance as well, and for the past fifteen years he has managed important customers, setting up strategies that have led to increasing the company’s market share.

Eric is Chartered Accountant and he speaks Italian, English, and French.

He earned a degree in Accounting from the University of San Diego, California, and later completed a specialization in International Finance in Geneva, gaining a broad understanding of global financial systems with a focus on Islamic finance.

Since 2022, he has focused on the real estate sector, applying his financial knowledge to the development of long-term investment projects.
